Industrial Designer paolo@atalyer.com chavezpaolo | Skype ID ONE OF US SINCE June 15, 2008 | Started his first job, a few weeks before his graduation march, at a company that manufactures high-end trolleys and luggages in Subic. It was there where he learned 3D modelling, and was exposed in different manufacturing processes and materials.
Eager to try new things and a different work environment, he left Subic after a year and stumbled upon Atalyer. He formally joined the team in 2008.He began working closely with Eneri Abillar on a few product design jobs which lead to the Mix Master Mike Headphone project. It was one of the most challenging projects but at the same time the most gratifying one. During studio hours, he spends his time designing footwear, electronics and understanding brand strategy. Paolo received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Mapua Institute of Technology-Intramuros in 2007. He believes that simple things are harder to make and agrees with an american poet that in all things, the supreme excellence is simplicity. |
